Dr. James Alleman is Professor Emeritus of Network Economics & Finance in the College of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Colorado – Boulder, and a Senior Fellow and Director of Research at Columbia Institute of Tele-Information (CITI), Columbia Business School, Columbia University. Dr. Alleman was a Visiting Senior Scholar at IDATE in Montpellier, France in the fall of 2005 and continues his involvement in IDATE’s scholarly activities. He was the Director of the Internationl Center for Telecommunications Management at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Director of Policy Research for GTE, and an economist for the International Telecommunication Union and a Visiting Professor at the Columbia Business School. He has conducted economic and financial research in information and communications technology (ICT) policy. He provides litigation support in this area.
