I work in Human Resources at dtac. It may sound dull, but you should not underestimate it. Fun and creativity can be found anywhere!

Our Chief Officer established four strategist positions like mine. She wanted new graduates who could take a fresh look at the systems and routines at dtac. The goal was to establish a revolutionary team of thinkers who were not stuck in traditional ways of working, who dared to challenge the rules, could simplify routines, enhance people’s capabilities and spread happiness.

My main responsibilities are to support dtac employees and unleash the energy and passion they have for their tasks. As a strategist I must ensure that dtac values guide everything we do, and that we make dtac an employer people would like to work for.

It is a tough job for a new graduate like me. I have not got any previous experience of human resources, I majored in advertising! So I feel that my tasks are new, varied and very challenging. But it is also a great opportunity. Dtac is a place where you really can develop as a professional.
