Carlo Hjelkrem is a Senior Pricing Analyst, working in the Pricing Group at Telenor Norway, Consumer. His work has since the late 1980s been related to forecasting in the telecom sector. Among other things, he has been responsible for broadband access demand forecasting. Currently, he is concentrating on strategic pricing and the demand effects of different price structures. Before joining Telenor, he worked for Bell Canada and Norwegian Telecom in various capacities. He has published several articles in the area of forecasting in the telecom market. He has made presentations at various conferences and holds a Master of Economics from the University of Oslo.
